    About how that part of my chart can be a guide to accessing curiosity, adventure, and personal interests.

    I realized that the everyday restlessness I feel is telling me to find joy. I reflected a lot about what brings me joy and realized that when I was younger (and less stressed with adult things), I really loved being around horses, playing tennis, and working out.

    So I've slowly started introducing those joys into my life. I've been looking into equine therapy and also getting back into riding…

    I'm telling you all this because it was catalyzed by your chart reading. And there's so much there that I have yet to explore. I'll be going back to the recording a lot over the next few months.
